See the developed proposals for Plot B

Thank you to all those who took part in our consultations so far on the proposals for the future of Plot B. We are grateful for all the feedback shared by the community so far, which has helped shape the developed plans for the site.

We are continuing to review our design approach for the Albion Bridge and will be sharing these for feedback in due course.

Our developed proposals for Plot B include:

• 75 affordable new homes.
• 742 new student rooms, helping to free up much-needed family homes in Southwark.
• A new 326sqm community hub at the ground floor level with connectivity to new green spaces.
• Significant improvements to the local public realm and new pedestrian connections.

We hosted two drop-in events to showcase the developed plans and how these have progressed, including the responses to feedback received so far.

These events took place on Saturday 9^th and Monday 11^th November at the Dockside Project Hub.
