We are stiving for the highest standards of sustainability, both in the buildings themselves and in the public spaces.
There are no fossil fuels used at Dockside - the buildings are heated and cooled by an air source heat pump system. We're using 55% less water than a typical London workplace. Natural ventilation means that there is 60% more fresh air than in standard London offices, taking advantage of the area's already high air quality.

Smart buildings use technology to create a healthy and productive work environment. One that ensures that the highest standards of efficiency.
At Art-Invest’s Smart Lab in Cologne, we offer a service that allows businesses to test a portfolio of solutions to measure their value and to ensure the right smart system model for their workplace.

Biodiverse
We're working with the team at Stave Hill Ecological Park to help nature to thrive at Canada Water.
Stave Hill is advising the landscape team to ensure that the plants and trees in the public spaces and on the buildings themselves support the local wildlife and biodiversity. This is part of a peninsula-wide project to create wildlife corridors throughout the area, linking up the green spaces and waterways and helping wildlife to move and migrate.
Active
Dockside is car free. We're encouraging active travel by providing 3,000 secure bike parking spaces.
Cyclists can pedal right into the buildings, park securely and get ready for the day at high-end changing facilities. Miles of designated cycle routes connect Canada Water with the local area and beyond.
