The future of Albion Footbridge
Thank you to everyone who took part in our drop-in events or shared feedback online on the developed proposals for a replacement to Albion Footbridge.
We are delighted to update you that our plans have now been submitted to Southwark Council (Reference: 25/AP/2916).
By way of a reminder, we are proposing a wider new crossing that allows for an improved experience for pedestrians, as well as providing a unique place to take in the views of Canada Dock and supporting the vibrancy of the emerging town centre.

Southwark Council is now considering the application, and we expect that a decision will be taken on it in the coming months.

Our Health & Wellbeing Fund was set up in partnership with Decathlon UK in 2022 to support grassroots organisations in Canada Water and Rotherhithe.
