Dockside Canada Water

The neighbourhood has acres of parks and woodlands, calming water, charming pubs, independent cafes and a wealth of sporting facilities.

In addition to the new amenities coming at Dockside, just across Canada Dock, British Land is building a buzzing high street and town square with shops, bars and restaurants as well as a brand new leisure centre. The iconic Printworks building will house a culture venue staging concerts, performances and exhibitions.

New amenities at Dockside

At street level, each building will be open and welcoming with cafes, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, markets, health and community facilities.

Far from sterile office lobbies, these will be lively, inviting places where people can come together, shop, eat, work and meet.
Our aim with the ground floor at Dockside is to blur boundaries and create welcoming and democratic space that is connected to its environment and the wider community.
