On 17th June, the ULI European Conference 2025 put Canada Water in the spotlight as Art-Invest Real Estate and British Land took delegates on a guided tour of the area. With the sunshine and blue skies over the Rotherhithe peninsula, guests were immersed in the exciting changes taking place in one of London’s most dynamic new neighbourhoods.

Those on tour were able to see the significant progress being made throughout the rejuvenation of Canada Water, while a visit to the Dockside Canada Water marketing suite provided an in-depth look at what lies ahead for London’s most exciting and future-facing new business hub. Here, our guests could explore the vision for Dockside, including designs for One Dockside and Two Dockside by acclaimed celebrated practices BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group and HWKN Architecture, bringing to life the future of this new area — a place where innovation meets wellbeing.

An on-foot exploration of the peninsula offered a glimpse of Dockside’s unique setting and what makes it so perfectly placed to balance work and play. From scenic waterfront paths and leisure amenities to green spaces, protected nature areas and heritage landmarks, the tour revealed the harmony of nature, heritage and modernity that defines this exciting corner of London.
