A workplace for the future
One Dockside is being designed to meet the most demanding operational and embodied-carbon targets.
The building is heated and cooled by an air source heat pump system. We're using 55% less water than a typical London workplace. Natural ventilation means that there is 60% more fresh air than in standard London offices.
