One Dockside

One Dockside - the landmark building on Canada Water's dock edge

Dockside Canada Water

456k sq ft of Grade A office space in a building that's designed to foster connection.

Designed by BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) this distinctive building with its stacked, shifting form is just moments from Canada Water Station. The ground floor is public and open with a great mix of eateries, shops and markets, inside and out. The generous terraces every fifth floor are an invitation to get up from your desk and go outside.

The work environment of the future is about facilitating the meeting places and encounters where ideas spark and information flows. Our growth and future prosperity depends upon this – no matter what business we are in.

Sustainability

A workplace for the future

One Dockside is being designed to meet the most demanding operational and embodied-carbon targets.

The building is heated and cooled by an air source heat pump system. We're using 55% less water than a typical London workplace. Natural ventilation means that there is 60% more fresh air than in standard London offices.
