Southwark Council has granted permission for our detailed designs for the first two buildings at Canada Water Dockside and our plans to transform Canada Dock’s eastern edge.
These are important milestones in the delivery of the scheme and build on the outline consent we were granted in 2022, and years of engagement and design iteration with our local partners and communities.
Our team will now continue to work with all our partners to bring forward this new and exciting place to work, relax and play beside the revitalised historic dock. You can read more about the planning approvals here.
