Building partnerships with local people and community groups is important to us. It’s a way to ensure the development of the area brings meaningful benefits for those already living and working here.

Our Community Investment Statement is a record of our actions so far to support local history, community priorities and local ambitions, including providing a new home for the Southwark Construction Skills Centre; supporting Our Rotherhithe with a new community website; and launching the Health and Wellbeing Fund, a contribution of £200,000 over the next five years in partnership with Decathlon UK.
