Our planning application for the redesign of the eastern edge of Canada Water Dock proposes to open up access to the dock for the very first time.

The plans, which are available to view here, detail the reimagining of the dock edge into a new waterside hub. This will play a pivotal role in reframing the area, creating an important new public amenity and supporting Canada Water Dockside in becoming a world class environment for office, leisure and culture.
The designs, which have been carefully considered alongside members of the local community, include the relocation and refurbishment of the existing fishing pontoon, the creation of a new fishing pontoon, the creation of a public promenade at ground level and lower-level boardwalk together with new seating, landscaping and tree planting.
The team has also worked closely with British Land to integrate with the public realm enhancements on the western and southern dock edges that are being brought forward as part of the wider Canada Water regeneration.
