As we continue to work towards the final design for Canada Water Dockside, we are delighted to reveal that renowned architecture practice HWKN has been appointed as the designer of building A2.

HWKN has been selected because of its visionary and innovative approach and ability to add value to a place beyond just the physical bricks and mortar, to enable a deep emotional connection for all. Canada Water Dockside will mark its all-important debut in the UK.
In collaboration with Art-Invest and the local community, HWKN is focused on designing a building that blends an innovative workspace with a new publicly accessible ground floor, providing spaces and places to eat, drink, sit and relax.
HWKN is a global practice and has worked alongside Art-Invest previously, delivering a transformational scheme in Munich, Germany.
